Gymboree Launches Less Expensive Offshoot

Just found out at Rookie Moms Blog that Gymboree has launched Crazy 8, a less-expensive baby and kid clothing boutique along the lines of Old Navy. There are a few brick-and-mortars already (mostly in CA), and the online shop is up and running. Thanks, Whitney!

Ooh, Ooh! And shipping is free right now. I'm way too excited.

Cute stuff, but I'm still too poor for it. It'll be nice to see what the clearance prices are like though :)

This store is great. I happened upon a Crazy 8 B&M store several weeks ago. The quality is good, the styles are cute, and the prices aren't ridiculous like Gymboree's (nonsale) prices are. B/c of the free shipping, I've also used their website as well. I've been very happy with all of our purchases. Of course they don't have as varied a selection as Gymboree does, but the stuff is just as nice. I don't see much difference in the quality and we have some Gymboree clothes as well.

Love their stuff. Not a big fan of Gymboree's baby boy stuff but Crazy 8's was great.

They had some cute things. I have a 5 month old son and since we live in New England, it's getting chilly. Their fleece hoodies will look so adorable on him...and it's under $10! Gotta consult my husband first, though, because I just got 6 pairs of shoes from darling shoes the other day.

Just an fyi when you order online I would size up one size. I belong to a gymboree board and we all agreed that their sizing is on the small size. My son wears a 3T in mostly everything but I had to send back alot of stuff from my online order for the next size up - 4T. Mostly it was the shirts. The jeans fit him well.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them recently. It is cute, but the quality (in my opinion) is not that great. I feel like I do better quality-wise just sticking to target.
