Top Diaper and Formula Deals of the Week

It's a stockupportunity! Big packs (80 ct. size 3) of Huggies and Pampers are $21 at Target (.22 each after the gift card and a $1 manny). Get a $5 Target gift card when you buy two. Reader Jessica has spotted peelies at Target: "I went to three different Target stores lately and each had these - There are $1 off Huggies diaper peelies on the baby yogurt and $1 Huggies wipes peelies on the Huggies wipes big packs. All are Target coupons (so can be used with manufacture coupons, too) and expire 11/30/08." Keep an eye out!

Family packs of Luvs (92 ct. size 3) are $15 at Target. Get a $5 Target gift card when you buy two. That comes out to only 12.5 cents each with a $1 off manny. But wait--don't forget about these Luvs Target printables for even more savings! Tip: Be sure to spend the gift card on necessities or you'll mess up your savings.

Not nearly as good but still better than nothin': Value boxes of Pampers (116 ct size 3) are $29.99 at Publix through Wednesday (.25 each after a $1 manny). Reader Ruth writes that her Meijer (Indianapolis area) "has the Pampers/Huggies sale ($8.49) now through Wednesday the 10th." Pampers are $9.49 at Walgreens and Huggies are $9.49 at CVS--over .28 each with a $1 manny. Reader Jennifer reports getting register coupons back after buying Pampers at Walgreens, including one for $1.50 off Pampers diapers.

Megas of Easy Ups and Pull-Ups are $15 at Target. Big packs of Pampers (80 ct. size 3) are $21.49 at Rite Aid. Luvs big packs are $18.99 at Kmart. Luvs megas are $11.99 at Kmart. Family packs are $18.99.

Coupons:

Store Brands:
Big packs of Publix brand diapers are $15.99 (72 ct. size 4).

Formula, Milk & Food:
23.2 oz. cans of Similac are $22.49 at Target. Get a $5 gift card when you buy two, making them about $20 each before coupons and formula checks--the same price per ounce as if you paid $22.15 for a 25.7 oz. can. There's a coupon for $2 off a big can of Enfamil, Similac or NGS in the Walgreens circular. Enfamil is $23.99 at CVS. Remember to watch out for clearance bargains on formula!

Earth's Best baby food is BOGO free through Wednesday at Publix. Gerber 2nd Foods 2 packs are .89 at Target.

Are the family packs of Luvs, boxes? If so, using the 2$ target coupon plus the 1$ manny on each plus the gift card should make it a sweet deal! Thanks- time to go stock up!!!

Oh- and I think the target baby food sale for .89 also includes first foods as well according to my circular.

The ad I saw doesn't say you get the $5 GC with purchase of two diapers, it says you have to purchase one diaper and one BPA-free bottle. Is it different elsewhere (I'm in MD)?

Wal-Mart has value pack boxes of Pampers on sale for $20.97. Is this a good price?

ShopRite Mommy said...

ShopRite has Pampers big boxes for $18.99.

Gerber 2nd foods are .99 for a two pack.

Beachnut Stage 3 is 6 for $3 (don't forget there are still coupons for this rolling around. Use it if you can).

Gerber Graduates 6oz tubs are 10 for $10 and the Lil Entrees are 5 for $10.

Huggies wipes refills are $7.99.

Dustin, In the Philadelphia Target ad it says $5 gift card for two boxes, so maybe it varies by region.
Mi Mom, I think they are boxes (at least in the picture it looked that way) so the $2 coupon along with a manny should work. I plan on rocking that deal this week too.

In SW Louisiana, our Target ad says the $5 GC is with the purchase of any two: boxes of Huggies or Pampers (on sale for $21 each), BPA-free bottles or Similac Formula...

Has anyone else had problems using online-source coupons with target? The cashier at my local target said they now no longer take any printed coupons because of the whole $5 off $25 fake coupon debacle of a few months ago. I don't know if this is the result of one mistaken cashier (or his manager) or a system-wide thing. Anyone?

re Target....

A Luvs family pack is a cardboard box, so if your local Target accepts Target's internet coupons then you are in luck.

But beware, the ad says no rain checks. So if you are unlucky (like I am), only one Target in my area accepts the web coupons and they have serious problems with stocking the shelves.

BRU has their brand of diapers on sale 2/$35 for boxes (92-192 count?) I bought 2 boxes of size 2 160ct, for a total of less than .11 per diaper!

I was SO waiting for this deal! I bought two boxes of size 3s for $30. Then I had the $2 Target web coupons for each one and THEN a $5 *and* $2 Luvs manny. That means a total of $19 for 184 diapers, not including the gift card!

10.3 cents for size 3 w/o gift card
7.6 cents for size 3 with gift card

ALSO, the Luvs deals is on the BACK of the circular, not on the front with the other diaper deals, at least in my area...

Angie, when you said "40 diaper coupons today" did you mean this week? I'm only seeing 3 each of Huggies, Pampers, and Luvs. Just don't want to miss out!

Thanks so much for all the deals and giveaways!

I just bought an 80 pack of Pampers Cruisers for $12.49 at Safeway! They're priced at $18.99 and then you get $5 off at the register, then I used a $1.50 coupon. ( Sonoma, CA)

Huggies stockupportunity at Hy-Vee stores in the midwest! Now through Tuesday you can buy big boxes for $19.99. My Size 3 box had 104 in it making them just under .20 a piece, plus I had some $1.50 coupons so I got them for just under .18 a piece.

Anonymous said...

michelle...it's 40 coupons today....or 38 when I counted. 3people x3 coups for huggies and pampers and 5 people x 4 coups for luvs.

Angie said...

It's 40 coupons. I have a few extras that I'm going to throw in a couple of the envelopes! The real totals are 20 Luvs, 10 Pampers, and 10 Huggies. Good luck everybody!

Does anyone know how to sign up for the Target online coupons? I can't find a link on the tArget website, and I keep seeing links to all of these great deals on Luvs, etc, with the online printable coupons. Where can I get access to these?

thanks,
Carrie

If any of you are planning on doing the Kashi deal at Target for the $5 GC, you could use that in another transaction for the diapers and get the diaper GC on top of that. Great deal if you have the VocalPoint coupons from a few weeks ago for Kashi cereals.

FYI, I just got back from Target and was informed that they no longer take any online coupons due to fraud. The cashier was even suprised that I even had a coupon and acted like I was commiting fraud. I was informed that absolutely no Target's will take them anymore. Has anyone else been able to use them recently, if so, where?

I just used two of the online coupons at the Super Target in Colorado Springs yesterday.

I've already done the Luvs deal twice this week and I'm planning to do one more. I have had no problem using IP qs, target or mannie. We have 2 targets in the area (augusta ga) and both have given me no problems! They never have. Its odd they have different policies at different stores. I would think a decision like that should be a corporate one, especially when using the target qs. Why shouldn't you be able to use a target q at target???

recommendation for diaper purchase at CVS this week:

-Buy 1 pack of huggies diapers (size 2 is what i use right now = 44 in packet) @ 9.49
- Buy one bag of Chex mix @ $1

- use $2 huggies coupons (available through there website as request--or if u have a $1 coupon thats fine too)
- use $1 coupon for the chex mix (available on their website)
- use $2 off $10 purchase CVS coupon (available in Richmond Parents monthly Aug ed.)

you spend roughly $5.49 (that's tax included) on a pack of 44 huggies + the chex mix

try it and see

Just back from Target Jersey City. They too would not allow me to use the Target printable (Luvs) coupons. They cashier showed us the sign behind the register which said something to the effect that they no longer accept them due to Fraud.

Angie,

do you have link to the Target Web Coupons directly (rather than going through A Full Cup)?

I too was denied the ability to use the target web coupon. I would have fought harder if I had printed it directly from Target.

Here's a link to the .pdf that LUVS sent out:

if that breaks, here's the tinyURL of it:

I just went to my CVS and the Enfamil is not on sale.

Some CVS regions, I believe, have switched so that their sales end and begin during the week. I'm thinking Thursdays. Your sale may have ended.

i was SO angry when i drove to my local Target... over 45 miles away! There were NOT any target Huggies peelies on the yogurt or the wipes!! i even called an associate and they said they have never heard of them putting target coupons on anything...... so why did some targets have this and not mine? (i also went to the other side of town and got the same answer at that store) BUT AS I WAS STARTING TO WALK UP FRONT TO COMPLAIN I SPOTTED A GREAT DEAL! $14.98 Huggies snug and dry 96 count size 6! I bought 3 and my girl friend bought 2. My daughter is still an a size 4 BUT I figure if she potty trains early i can always sell them for at least what i paid, but with the way prices are going up i bet i could get more.... :)

Superfresh has Huggies jumbo packs of diapers on sale for $8.99 now through next Wednesday.

Thank you SO much for posting this deal! I finally got a chance to go to Target today and scored big on Luvs.

If you were among those who scored the $5 coupons, this is a great op to use them.

Here's what it broke down to:

Buy 2 boxes (@ $15/box) of Luvs get $5 gc = $25 for 2 boxes. (Depending on the checker, my Target just use the gc on the diaper purchase.)
$5 coupons x2
$2 in store coupon x2

= $11 for 2 boxes of diapers. I ended up paying less for 2 boxes than I would have for one box. It comes out to 5 cents per diaper.
