Random question, but does it seem like the best price now for diapers is to buy in the "big packs" with a coupon, or is it still cheaper to find a good deal on jumbos and use a coupon. We are buying ahead on size 4's but I can't wrap my brain around a "good price" since the packs have gone down in size.
It really depends, Mary. It's always safest to find your per diaper price (price per pack divided by quantity per pack) to see which is the best deal.
Try to pay under a quarter each for size 4 premium diapers.
With the right aid coupon (5 off $25 purchase) and sale on Pampers ($8.99/jumbo pack), you can get size 4 cruisers for 24.4 cents a piece if you buy 3 jumbo packs. This is without using any manu. coupons.
I know that Meijer is only available in a few states, but they are running a pretty good deal on Pampers. Big boxes are 18.99, and if you buy 2 plus a box of wipes (9.99), you get a $10 Mejer GC. This is according to my local ad (central IN), and I haven't done it personally yet.
I normally don't buy diapers at Sam's club because with coupons I can normally get the price per diaper down lower than in the value boxes, but the Sam's I shop at in GA dropped their prices. A box of 160 Pampers cruisers size 3 is 35.68 (.22 per diaper) and a box of 204 Huggies snug and dry size 3 is also 35.68 (.17 per diaper).
When will Old Navy do the extra 50% off clearance do you predict? That was amazing for me last year! I was able to buy my daughter's whole summer wardrobe ahead of season for only $50.00
I'm guessing so, anon!
Anyone tried using the $2 off Huggies coupon that was in the Graco Registry Catalog download last week? The pdf version?
okay rite aid....I see that you can keep your recipt and send it in for the caregivers marketplace thing BUT can you use manny coupons on each package AND the $5 off $25 purchase and qualify for the buy 5 get one free mail in voucher???
ALSO I want to try to buy $50 worth of diapers to get the $25 gift card, but I want to do it in 2 separate purchases so I can use 2 $5 off $25 coupons as well as other coupons. Will this work?
I have to brag because I only get this type of deal every once in a while. CVS emailed me a coupon for $3 off a $15 purchase. Pampers are on sale for $8.99 this week and I had the Pampers coupons from the P&G insert, $1 off a jumbo and $2 off a jumbo. Had 2 extra care bucks on top of that and my total including tax was $9.98. I basically got a jumbo for a $1.00, yeah!
Laura...
I did the Rite Aid deal. Because I needed formula and it was on sale for $19.99 a can, I did 5 separate transactions. In each transaction, I purchased one can of formula for $19.99 and 1 package of Huggies at $9.99. I used a $5 off $25 Rite Aid coupon, $3 off any Huggies, and $5 Enfamil check on each transaction. I submitted receipts online and earned free Huggies voucher. I then submitted my receipts to Caregiver's Marketplace for an additional $.75 per Huggies pack. I believe next week Rite Aid has their Huggies on sale. I would check that before you purchase this week.
Here's a good diaper deal I found online:
Online only:CVS brand diaper ~10 cents each from 07/06 to 07/08 With your Mastercard,Free Shipping over $49
CVS brand products 40% off, the diaper is 32.36/case now, add two cases, it will have $10 off automatically, and use your Mastercard for another $5 off. The total will be $49.72 (For size 1 and 2, it's 264/240 per case)
At my Kroger, LUVs megas were 8.99!! Save-a-LOT just sent out some (manny)Qs with a 2.00 off LUVS Q in it. So...paired with the 1.50 off ePG Q, I got 46 diapers for 5.49 = .12 per diaper!! Score!!
I stocked up on Beechnut babyfood at our Gerbes(Kroger) grocery store for .40 a jar through July 21. We usually use the Walmart brand but these are .06 cents cheaper!
Hip Monkey is having a site wide sale with code "15OFF" which is good on everything, including Britax. Free shipping on orders over $99 and no sales tax.
Pampers jumbos are on sale this week for $7.99 at Harris Teeter (wed-tues)
Seventh Generation Diapers are $5.00 off if you purchase $25.00 worth at Babies R Us (BRU). BRU also had been running coupons for 7th Gen .diapers.
